Fr. Joseph Boyle, OCSO - Spiritual Teacher, Friend, Lover of Creation, Abbot and Brother died on Sunday, October 21st at St Benedict’s Monastery, Snowmass, Colorado. He touched so many of us within the Order and beyond with his kindness, personal generosity, wit and intelligence. We will surely miss him, but trust in his intercession for all monastics, spiritual seekers, and lovers of Christ. May he rest in the Glory of God and confer that glory and insight to us below.
In September, 2017, Sr Kathy, our abbess, attended the General Chapter of the Cistercian Order in Assisi, Italy. This meeting of Cistercian abbots and abbesses from around the world happens every three years.
